摘　　要：对第18届上海国际纺织工业展览会针织物前处理设备进行述评,介绍了针织物烧毛机、针织物连续化练漂机、针织物连续化水洗机和棉针织物丝光机等设备的外观结构图、应用工艺路线图和主要的应用技术特征。指出,烧毛、丝光是针织物深加工的重要工序,会成为未来针织物染整技术发展的趋势;针织物连续化练漂是克服染色机练漂法产品质量及稳定性差、水电汽用量大等缺点的根本方法;连续化练漂、精练和水洗可以采用平幅运行、筒状织物平幅运行和绳状运行等多种形式的设备。In this paper,the pretreatment machines of knitting dyeing and finishing at the18th Shanghai international textile industry exhibition are reviewed.The appearance of the structure,the applications process flow chart and the main application of technical characteristics of singeing machine,continuous scouring and bleaching machine,continuous washing machine and cotton knitted fabric mercerizing machine are introduced.It points out that singeing and mercerizing is important processes of deep processing of knitted fabrics and will become the trend of the future development of dyeing and finishing of knitted fabrics.Continuous bleaching is the fundamental method to overcome the poor quality of products and stability,shortcomings of water vapor and electricity,and other problems on dyeing bleaching method which is the current industry commonly used.Continuous scouring and bleaching and washing can be used in various forms such as width operation of open width,tubular or rope style.
