摘　　要：文中综述了第18届上海国际纺织工业展览会针织染色机情况。举例介绍了几种溢流染色机、气液染色机、气流染色机、轧染机以及筒子纱染色机的主要特征和技术参数等;陈述了几种化验室如测色配色仪、小样染色机设备发展情况;还介绍了一些公司的染化料自动配送系统。指出,间歇式染色机在减小浴比和降低能耗方面较以前有了很大提高;小样染色机的染色过程及浴比,与大生产越来越接近,甚至可以直接用于生产,满足小批量生产的需求;自动配料系统可以消除人为误差,精确加料,以保证染色质量。In this article,the knitting dyeing machines at the18th shanghai international textile industry exhibition are reviewed.The main features and technical parameters of some machines are introduced,including overflow dyeing machine,gas-liquid dyeing machine,pad dyeing machine,yarn dyeing machine and so on.Several kinds of equipments used in laboratory such as color measurement equipment,hand sample dyeing machine are presented.Dyestuff automatic distribution system is also involved.It points out that the batch dyeing machine in reducing the bath ratio and energy consumption has been greatly improved than the previous.The dyeing process and bath ratio of some small dyeing machines prototypes are getting closer and closer to large-scale production,and even directly used in the production.Automatic dosing system can effectively control the accuracy of feeding and eliminate the perceived error so as to ensure the dyeing quality.
