纬编增强针织物曲面成形方法优化研究

摘　　要：为了优化纬编曲面成形增强织物的编织工艺,采用18.5 tex涤纶为原料,基于双罗纹空气层组织,在12针/25.4 mm的LXC-252SCV型龙星电脑横机上进行编织,研究纬编曲面成形增强织物的编织方法及工艺。对纬编曲面成形增强织物的二维平面展开图及其编织参数计算公式进行改进设计,探索得到曲面成形效果更好、受冲击应力分布更均匀的纬编曲面成形增强织物及其编织工艺,为其在针织复合材料中的应用提供借鉴。In order to optimize the knitting technology of curved reinforced fabric,the weft knitted reinforced fabric with piquette stitch was knitted on12G LXC-252SCV Dragon Star computerized flat knitting machine by using18.5tex polyester yarn.The knitting method and technology were studied.An improved design of two dimensional flattened shape and the calculation formula of knitting parameters for weft knitted curved reinforced fabric was presented,and the weft knitted curved reinforced fabric with better curved surface forming effect and more uniform distribution of impact stress were obtained.It provides a reference for its application in knitted composite.
