摘  要:采用利巴Copentra Multi-axial型多轴向经编机织造相似规格的双轴向和四轴向经编织物,对增强纱以及涤纶双轴向经编织物和四轴向经编织物各纤维方向进行拉伸性能测试。分析增强纱拉伸断裂强力和断裂伸长、双轴向和四轴向经编织物拉伸过程中的平均载荷-位移关系曲线,以及织物中的纱线强力利用率。结果表明,铺层越多,织物越厚,尺寸越稳定,增强纱越不容易产生滑移,其强力利用率也越高。The biaxial and tetra-axial warp knitted fabrics with similar specifications were knitted by using Copentra Multi-axial multi axial warp knitting machine.The tensile properties of reinforced yarns,biaxial warp knitted polyester fabrics and tetra-axial warp knitted fabrics were tested respectively.The tensile strength and breaking elongation of reinforced yarns and the curves of relationship between load and displacement for biaxial and tetra-axial warp knitted fabrics were analyzed,and the yarn strength utilization ratio in the fabric was also analyzed.The results show that the more layers,the thicker the fabric,the more stable the size is,and more difficult the reinforced yarns are to produce slippage,and then the higher the utilization rate of the reinforced yarns is.
