摘　　要：目的建立测定通降颗粒中虎杖苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为COSMOSIL Cholester柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(18∶82),检测波长为306 nm,流速为1.0 m L/min。结果虎杖苷质量浓度在2.20~140.6μg/m L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率为101.16%,RSD为1.74%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于通降颗粒中虎杖苷的含量测定。To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of polydatin in Tongjiang Granules.Methods The Cosmosil Cholester column(250m m x4.6mm,5(xm)was adopted,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(18:82),the detection wavelength was306nm,and the flow rate was1.0mL/min.Results The polydatin showed good linearity in the range of2.20-140.6fug/m L(r=0.9998),the average recovery of polydatin was101.16%and the RSD was1.74%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the content determination of polydatin in Tongjiang Granules.
