消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液控制近视程度进展112例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液控制不同程度近视进展的效果。方法选择2016年12月至2017年6月就诊的首次发现近视的青少年患儿112例,按照睫状肌麻痹验光度数分为低度患儿和轻中度患儿,再按是否滴用消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液进一步分为低度干预组(30例)、低度对照组(28例)、轻中度干预组(28例)和轻中度对照组(26例),干预前和干预3个月后对4组患儿进行眼轴测量和托吡卡胺眼液睫状肌麻痹验光,比较患儿眼轴长度和等效球镜度增加值。结果低度干预组眼轴和等效球镜度的增加值较低度对照组和轻中度干预组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);轻中度干预组和轻中度对照组患儿眼轴和等效球镜度增加值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液可有效控制青少年低度近视(SE<-1.50 DS)的进展。Objective To observe the effect of raceanisodamine for controlling the progress of myopia with different degree.Methods Totally112adolescents who were first diagnosed with myopia from December2016to June2017were selected and divided into low degree patients and mild to moderate degree patients according to the spherical equivalence of cycloplegic refraction,and then according to whether or not dripping with Anisodamine Eye Drops,the patients were further divided into low degree intervention group(30cases),low degree control group(28cases),mild to moderate degree intervention group(28cases)and mild to moderate degree control group(26cases).Before the intervention and3months after the intervention,the axial length of the children in4groups was measured,and the optometry was done with cycloplegia.The axiac length and increase value of the spherical equivalent were compared.Results The increase value of axial length and spherical equivalent in low degree intervention group were lower than those of low degree control group and mild to moderate degree intervention group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the increase value of the axial length and spherical equivalent between the mild to moderate degree intervention group and the mild to moderate degree control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Raceanisodamine Eye Drops can effectively control the progress of young children with low myopia(SE<-1.50DS).
