卡前列素氨丁三醇预防高危剖宫产产后出血104例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察卡前列素氨丁三醇预防高危剖宫产产后出血(PPH)的效果。方法选取2015年1月至2017年1月行剖宫产手术的高危产妇104例,按入院顺序随机分为预防组与对照组,各52例。预防组产妇分娩后注射缩宫素与卡前列素氨丁三醇,对照组产妇仅注射缩宫素。结果预防组产妇第3产程时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);术后24 h,预防组产妇血红蛋白(Hb)水平较术前无明显变化(P>0.05),对照组产妇Hb水平较术前显著降低,且明显低于预防组(P<0.05);术后24 h内,预防组产妇出血量明显少于对照组产妇(P<0.05);两组产妇药品不良反应发生率相近(P>0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇可安全、有效地预防高危剖宫产产后出血。Objective To observe the clinical effect of carboprost tromethamine on the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage(PPH)in high-risk cesarean section.Methods Totally104high-risk parturients underwent cesarean section in our hospital from January2015to January2017were selected and randomly divided into the prevention group and the control group according to the order of admission,52cases in each group.The prevention group was injected with oxytocin and carbestrin tromethamine,while the control group was only injected with oxytocin.Results The time of third stage of labor in the prevention group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).24h after operation,the Hb level in the prevention group was not significantly different from that before operation(P>0.05).The Hb level in the control group was significantly lower than that before the operation,and it was significantly lower than that in the prevention group(P<0.05).Within24h after operation,the amount of bleeding in the prevention group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Carboprost tromethamine can safely and effectively prevent the PPH of high-risk cesarean section maternal.
