摘　　要：政治权力制约监督机制彰显了政治权力的有效性、合法性,决定了政权的性质和发展方向。中国政治权力制约监督机制建设是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化建设的重要内容,也是当前我国全面深化改革中的一项艰巨而紧迫的任务。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央逐步完善符合中国国情的权力制约监督机制,通过全面深化改革逐步在公权力的合理配置、正确行使、有效制衡、反腐倡廉等方面实现科学化、法制化、制度化,不断增强制度体系的系统性、创新性、实效性。Mechanism of supervising and restricting political power demonstrates the validity and legitimacy of political power,determines the nature and the developing direction of the regime.It is the important contents of modernization of national governance system and capability to build the mechanism of supervising and restricting political power.And it is also a difficult and urgent task for China to comprehensively deepen reform.Since the18th National Congress of C.P.C.,the Central Party Committee with Xi Jinping as the core has gradually perfected the mechanism of supervising and restricting political power which conforms to China's realities.Through comprehensively deepening reform,the Central Party Committee has gradually realized scientization,legalization and institutionalization in the rational allocation,right exertion,effective balance of public power as well as in the anti-corruption campaign,and has constantly strengthened the systematicness,innovation and effectiveness.
