腺苷钴胺与丹红注射液联合硫辛酸对老年2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经传导及血清IGF-1、NGF水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨腺苷钴胺与丹红注射液联合硫辛酸对老年2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经传导及血清人胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、人神经生长因子(NGF)水平的影响。方法选取79例老年2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组39例予以腺苷钴胺+硫辛酸治疗,观察组40例予以硫辛酸+腺苷钴胺+丹红注射液治疗。观察比较两组正中、腓总神经感觉传导速度(SNCV)与运动传导速度(MNCV)及临床疗效各症状(灼热感、麻木、疼痛、感觉异常)评分,并统计两组血清IGF-1、NGF水平及毒副作用发生情况。结果观察组治疗1个月后正中、腓总神经SNCV及MNCV均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为87.50%(35/40),高于对照组66.67%(26/39),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月后观察组灼热感、麻木及疼痛、感觉异常症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗1个月后血清IGF‐1、NGF水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组毒副作用发生率为15.00%(6/40),对照组为10.26%(4/39),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论硫辛酸、腺苷钴胺与丹红注射液联合治疗老年2型糖尿病周围神经病变,效果显著,安全性高,可改善患者神经传导速度及神经生长相关因子水平。ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of adenosine cobalt amine and Danhong injection combined with lipoic acid on nerve conduction and serum human insulin-like growth factor1(IGF-1)and human nerve growth factor(NGF)levels in elderly patients with type2diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods79elderly patients with type2diabetic peripheral neuropathy in hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=39)and observation group(n=40),the control group were treated with adenosine cobalt amine and lipoic acid,and the observation group were treated with lipoic acid+adenosine cobalt amine+Danhong injection,median,peroneal nerve sensory conduction velocity(SNCV)and motor conduction velocity(MNCV),symptoms of clinical efficacy(burning sensation,numbness,pain,paresthesia)scores were observed and compared between the two groups,and the serum IGF-1and NGF levels and the occurrence of toxic and side effects were statistically analyzed.ResultsThe median,common peroneal nerve SNCV and MNCV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after1mouth treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group87.50%(35/40)was higher than the control group66.67%(23/39).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The burning sensation,numbness and pain,sensory abnormalities scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after1mouth treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum IGF-1and NGF levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after1mouth treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of toxic and side effects between the observation group15.00%(6/40)and the control group10.26%(4/39)(P>0.05).ConclusionLipoic acid,adenosine cobalt amine and Danhong injection in the treatment of senile type2diabetic peripheral neuropathy gets a remarkable effect,with high safety,which can improve the nerve conduction velocity and nerve growt
