摘　　要：全球化2.0时代没有给人们带来所期望的普世的福祉,当前世界正在兴起的第三次经济全球化浪潮,即全球化3.0时代又会怎样呢?在全球化3.0时代重提列宁帝国主义理论,一方面在于3.0时代所呈现的时代特征没有超越帝国主义的范畴,另一方面则在于列宁的唯物史观、批判逻辑和价值观是认识和把握3.0时代的需要。在全球化3.0时代,中国必将占据重要的国际地位,发挥影响全球的大国作用,而建立善治、活力与创新的中国则是成为强大领导力的全球大国的关键。The2.0age of globalization has not brought about the expected universal well being.How about the emerging third wave of economic globalization in the world,namely,the3.0age of globalization?In the3.0age of globalization Lenin’s imperialism theory is re mentioned,partly because the chronological characteristics of3.0age do not go beyond the category of imperialism,partly because Lenin’s historical materialism,critical logic and values are needed to recognize and understand the3.0era.In the3.0era of globalization,Chinese will occupy an important international position to play a major role in the global influence.China with good governance,vitality and innovation is a key to become a global power with strong leadership.
