生命周期视角下大学生创业失效的鱼刺图分析

摘　　要："大众创业、万众创新"背景下,大学生创业已成为"创意——创新——创业"的主力军和重要组成部分。近年来,虽然创业环境不断改善,投身于自主创业人数也急剧增加,但其失败率居高不下已成为社会普遍关注和困扰创业者的关键问题。大学生作为特殊的创业群体,创业成败既受到一般创业者影响因素影响又具备其自身特点。文章以企业生命周期理论和产品生命周期理论为指导,在剖析大学生自主创业失效的影响因素基础上,运用鱼刺图法整理出大学生创业失效的影响因素,进而提出提升大学生创业能力的方法与对策,为大学生自主创业减少失败提供一种新思路。Against the background of prevalent entrepreneurship and innovation,college students忆entrepreneurship has becomethe main force of"creativity,innovation,entrepreneurship".Over the past few years,an increasing number of students engaged in self-employment with the improvement of the entrepreneurial environment,but high failure rate has become a social concern and a key problem for entrepreneurs.As a special entrepreneurial group,college students are affected by what influences general entrepreneurs and they have their own characteristics.Based on the theory of enterprise life cycle and product life cycle theory,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of college students'entrepreneurial failure with the fish-bone diagram and then puts forward countermeasures to enhance the entrepreneurial ability of college students,providing a new way to reduce the failure of college students'entrepreneurship.
