摘 要:目的:用超声波辅助提取夏枯草里的总皂苷,并确定出最理想的提取条件。方法:将夏枯草用乙醇浸泡后,采用超声波仪器提取其中的总皂苷,配制样品溶液后测出吸光度并且把总皂苷的含量计算出来。使用单因素实验、正交试验和平行实验验证最理想的提取步骤;结果:最理想提取条件经实验结果分析确定为超声温度40℃,乙醇浓度80%,料液比1:20,超声时间40min,提取率7.92%。结论:实验所确定的最佳条件可以提高效率,节约成本,方便操作。Objective:Total saponins were extracted form prunella by ultrasonic assisted process and the optimun parameters were determined.Methods:Ultrasonic extraction was conducted by the Prunella vulgaris soaked in ethanol and the concentration of saponins was calculated from the absorbance.The optimum conditions were obtained from the single factor experiment,orthogonal and parallel experiments.Results:The highest yield of7.92%saponins was resulted from the ultrasonic temperature40℃,ethanol concentration80%,solid-liquid ratio1:20,ultrasonic time40min;Conclusion:The optimum conditions are of advantages such as high efficiency,cost saving and convenient operation.
