滋阴活血法联合针刺治疗月经量少的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察滋阴活血法联合针刺治疗肾阴虚型月经量少的临床疗效。方法对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组采用滋阴活血法联合针刺治疗。治疗前后采用统计学方法比较2组治疗有效率、中医证候积分和子宫内膜厚度。结果治疗后,2组患者总有效率、中医证候积分和子宫内膜厚度均较治疗前好转(P<0.05或P<0.01),而在中医证候积分的比较中治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论滋阴活血法联合针刺对肾阴虚型月经量少患者的临床疗效不亚于西医常规治疗,在部分症状的改善上优于西医常规治疗。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on Ziyin Huoxue circulation combined with acupuncture in treating patients with deficiency of kidney and yin deficiency.Methods The control group was treated with routine Western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with acupuncture with Ziyin Huoxue circulation.Before and after treatment,the statistical methods were used to compare the treatment efficiency,TCM syndrome score and endometrial thickness.Results After treatment,the total effective rate,TCM syndrome score and endometrial thickness in both groups were better than before treatment(P<0.05or P<0.01),while in the comparison of TCM syndrome scores,the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Ziyin Huoxue combined with acupuncture on patients with deficiency of kidney yin deficiency type is as good as that of western medicine,and is superior to western medicine in the improvement of some symptoms.
