针刺“百会五针”结合放血疗法治疗脑卒中后抑郁临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺"百会五针"结合放血疗法治疗脑卒中后抑郁临床疗效。方法将76例脑卒中后抑郁患者按照随机数表法分为治疗组和对照组各38例,治疗组给予针刺"百会五针"结合放血疗法治疗,对照组给予口服西药治疗。观察2组汉密尔顿抑郁量(HAMD)量表评分、神经功能缺损量表评分、Barthel指数评分与临床疗效。结果 2组治疗后HAMD评分、神经功能缺损量表评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后HAMD评分、神经功能缺损量表评分较对照组降低更显著(P<0.05);2组治疗后Barthel指数评分较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后Barthel指数评分较对照组升高更显著(P<0.05);2组临床总有效率比较,治疗组总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺"百会五针"结合放血疗法治疗脑卒中后抑郁疗效显著,优于单纯西药治疗。Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture at“Baihui five”combined with bloodletting therapy in the treatmentof post-stroke depression clinical efficacy.Methods76patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into treatment groupand control group with38cases in each group,the treatment group was given acupuncture at“Baihui five”combined with bloodlettingtherapy,the control group was treated with Western medicine.The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)score,neurological deficit scale score,Barthel index score and clinical efficacy were observed in the two groups.Results the two groups after treatment HAMD score and neurological deficit scale scores were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),the treatment group after treatment HAMD score,neural function defect scale score lowered more significantly than control group(P<0.05);the two groups after treatment Barthel score was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),the treatment group after treatment Barthel score increased more significantly than the control group(P<0.05);the two group clinical total effective rate,total effective rate of the treatment group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture“Baihui five”combined with the effect of bloodletting therapy in the treatment of depression significantly after stroke,better than pure western medicine treatment.
