摘　　要：目的建立梯度洗脱-高效液相色谱法测定消毒剂中苯度氯铵、米他氯铵、西他氯铵、司拉氯铵、苄索氯铵和西吡氯铵等6种季铵盐的方法。方法采用氰基色谱柱,以甲醇和0.05 mol/L醋酸铵溶液(pH=5.0)为流动相,梯度洗脱,选择263nm为检测波长,外标法定量。结果苯扎氯铵同系物在40.0~800.0 mg/L、苄索氯铵20.0~400.0 mg/L、西吡氯铵2.5~50.0mg/L范围内线性关系良好(相关系数r=0.999 9),低、高浓度加标水平的回收率范围为95.7%~104.7%、101.8%~105.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.6%~1.5%、0.3%~1.1%,方法检出限为0.8~6.0 mg/L,定量限为2.5~20mg/L。结论该方法样品前处理简单,结果准确可靠,适合于同时测定消毒剂中此6种季铵盐的含量。ObjectiveTo establish a method for determination of benzododecinium chloride,miristalkonium chloride,cetalkonium chloride,stearyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride,benzethonium chloride and cetylpyridinium chloride in disinfectants by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with gradient elution MethodsThe samples were separated by cyano column and detected by HPLC using methanol and005mol/L ammonium acetate solution(pH=50)as mobile phase for gradient elution at263nm wavelength The external standard method was used for quantification ResultsBenzalkonium chloride homologues,benzethonium chloride and cetylpyridinium chloride had a good linear relationship in the range of400-8000mg/L,200-4000mg/L and25-500mg/L with correlation coefficient r of09999The recoveries of low and high concentration range were957%-1047%and1018%-1059%,respectively;the relative standard deviations were06%-15%and03%-11%,respectively The limits of detection were08-60mg/L,while the limits of quantitation were25-20mg/L ConclusionThe sample pretreatment of established method is simple,the results are accurate and reliable It is suitable for simultaneous determination of the6kinds of quaternary ammonium salts in disinfectants
