摘  要:介绍了风力发电机轮毂铸件在安装叶片轴承打力矩时出现螺孔"刮丝"的现象,通过一系列理化试验和本体解剖试验,分析了形成"刮丝"的原因是由于在螺纹加工时出现了二次攻丝误操作,形成螺纹"重牙",极大地损伤了螺纹,提出了用牙科镜检查螺孔螺纹外观的直观方法。This paper describes the phenomenon of exterior scratches in surface of the screw holes in the cast wind turbine hub occurred during installation of blades,and also analyzes the causes of formation of such scratches through a series of physical and chemical tests as well as dissections,which indicates that the formation of deeper scratch is caused by mistaken secondary threading A method similar to dental examination of the screw threading is proposed to control the quality of threading.
