摘  要:文章介绍和分析了主要合金元素、杂质元素及特殊元素对低碳低硅冷轧无取向电工钢磁性能的影响及各元素对磁性能的作用机理。结果表明,Si、Al、Mn等主要合金元素是磁性能的主要决定因素,随着其含量的增加,铁损值升高,磁感值降低;C、N、O、S、Ti等杂质元素均不利于磁性能;Sn、RE等特殊元素加入后可使有利织构的组分明显增加,优化磁性能。In the paper,it is introduced and analyzed the effects of main alloying elements,impurity elements and special elements on magnetic properties for cold rolled non-oriented electrical steel of low carbon and low silicon,and the mechanism of action for these elements effects on magnetic properties.The results show:Si,Al,Mn and other major alloying elements are the main determinants of magnetic properties,with their contents increasing,iron loss increasing,the magnetic susceptibility values decreasing;C,N,O,S,Ti and other impurities are not conducive to magnetic properties;after the addition of Sn,RE and other special elements,the composition of favorable texture can be increased obviously,and the magnetic properties can be optimized.
