摘　　要：带钢板形作为板带材的重要质量指标,一直受到用户的高度关注。文章简要介绍了包钢CSP生产线的工艺特点,结合现场的生产特点,从影响辊缝形状为主要切入点分析了影响带钢板形的因素,另外还加入其它影响带钢最终板形的影响因素,最后根据原因分析制定符合现场需求的措施,使得板形控制得到明显改善。The shape of strip steel,as an important quality index of plate and strip,has been highly concerned by users.In the paper,it is briefly introduced the process characteristics of CSP production line in Baotou Steel,combined with on-site production characteristics,and factors affecting the shape of strip steel are analyzed from the impact of roll gap shape as the main entry point.In addition,other factors affecting the final shape of strip steel are added.Finally,according to the cause analysis,measures conforming to the site requirements are worked out,and the shape control is improved obviously.
