摘  要:镀锌退火炉现使用的明火烧嘴,许多缺陷由于长时间的高温而显露出来。自投产以来,NOF炉内出现多次掉砖,对炉体内部设备损坏严重,同时产生大量缺陷,严重时导致断带事故发生。文章通过加固砖体与盖板的连接方式、改变支撑砖的支撑方法以及耐材布局的优化,有效的减少并控制住退火炉掉砖事故的发生。The open flame burner used in galvanizing furnace is now exposed to many defects as it is used for a long time.Since the production of building production line,there has been many times of brick falling in the NOF furnace,which seriously damaged the equipment in the furnace,and produced a lot of defects at the same time,which will lead to the strip breakage accident.Through reinforcing the connection between brick body and cover plate,changing the support method for supporting brick and optimizing refractory material layout,effectively reduce and control the occurrence of brick fall accident in annealing furnace.
