摘  要:工业循环水系统吸水井在正常运行时,部分污泥及杂物会随水流从水泵吸水口进入系统之中,造成管道过滤器及生产线喷嘴堵塞。文章分析了污泥进入吸水井的原因,介绍了增设挡泥堰的方法,吸水井设置挡泥堰的具体方式及应用实例,实践证明,挡泥堰能够有效的阻止污泥吸入供水系统。Some of the sludge and debris will flow with the water from water pump inlet into system when suction well of industrial circulating water system is in normal operation,resulting in pipeline filter clogging and production line nozzle clogging.In the paper,it is analyzed reasons for the entry of sludge into suction well and introduced the method of adding fender weir,and the concrete method and application example of installing fender weir in suction well.Practice has proved that the fender weir can effectively prevent sludge from inhalation into water supply system.
