摘  要:多黏类芽胞杆菌DP-11是从金镶玉竹(Phyllostachys heteroclada)根际土壤中分离的一株生防细菌,对多种植物病原真菌具有拮抗活性,且具有解磷作用较强、可分泌嗜铁素和纤维素酶等生物学特性.研究以菌株DP-11为活性菌株研究了其固体发酵条件和接种剂制备的辅料选择.结果表明:二级种子接种量为15%(V/m),固体发酵时间为72 h时发酵效果最佳.接种剂制备的最佳载体为硅藻土,分散剂为SDS与木质素磺酸钠按质量比1∶1复配.由此制成的活菌含量为50亿cfu/g的DP-11接种剂对苦瓜枯萎病具有良好的防治效果,平均防治效果为73.0%~75.4%.Paenibacillus polymyxa DP-11,as a kind of biocontrol strain,was isolated from rhizosphere soil ofPhyllostachys heteroclada,which showed inhibitory effect against various plant pathogenic fungi as well as performedphosphate-degradation activity and produced cellulase and siderophore.Solid fermentation conditions of the activestrain DP-11and optimizing for DP-11-inoculant ingredients were conducted in this paper,the optimal formulationwere confirmed as follows院the second seed inoculum was about15%渊V/m冤and fermented for72hours,the optimalfiller and dispersing agent were diatomite and mixture both sodium dodecyl sulfonate and sodium lignin sulfonatewith mass rate1颐1渊m/m冤.DP-11inoculant with spore content5.0伊109cfu/g was available to suppressing Fusariumwilt disease of bitter gourd,and mean control efficiency was about73.0%~75.4%.
