摘 要:城市配电网中电缆线路的大范围使用,导致10 k V配电系统的电容电流急剧增加,单相接地故障及其引起的相间短路故障也越来越多。近年来,中性点经小电抗接地方式在500 k V,220 k V及110 k V电压等级电网中取得了良好的应用。为了克服现有中压配电网中性点接地方式的问题,研究了电缆出线为主的10 k V配电网在中性点经小电抗接地方式下的故障特性,通过仿真和结果对比,提出了电缆为主的10 k V配电网中性点经小电抗接地的优势和可行性。The wide use of the cable line in urban distribution system leads to the dramatically increase of capacitive current in10kV power distribution system,bringing out more and more single?-phase ground faults and the induced interphase short?-circuit faults.In recent years,the grounding of the neutral point through small reactor has been successfully applied in500kV,220kV and110kV power grids.Aiming at overcoming the problem of the grounding of the neural point in the existing medium-voltage distribution system,this paper investigates the fault features of the neural point grounding though small reactor in the cable outlet-based distribution system.The advantage and feasibility of neural point grounding though small reactor in the cable-based10kV distribution system are presented by the simulation and results comparison.
