摘　　要：六西格玛理论在图书馆质量管理中具有适应性,其核心思想与内容同图书馆管理的观念和许多实践做法不谋而合。六西格玛理论在图书馆的应用程序包括评价与定义、测算和分析、改进与控制等阶段。图书馆管理研究的深化与实践的发展,将会进一步凸显六西格玛理论的价值,其在图书馆的应用范围将不断拓宽。6σis adapting to library quality management,and its core ideas and contents coincides with the management philosophy and practices of library.The applications of6σin the library include evaluation and definition,measurement and analysis,improvement and control.The deepening study and developing practice of library management will further highlight the value of6σtheory;its range of applications in the library will continue to expand.
