摘 要:目前钻井中常遇到盐膏地层,而常规固井水泥浆性能受盐膏层影响较大。水泥石与地层胶结质量差,影响固井质量。通过试验,对一种密度为2.0g/cm^3的盐膏层固井水泥浆的常规性能、抗温能力、抗盐能力、稠化时间及抗压强度进行了研究。结果表明,该水泥浆常规性能优异,当温度低于130℃时具有较好的基本性能和较合适的稠化时间及水泥石抗压强度;受盐、钙侵影响较小,抗盐达到20%以上。结合试验结果分析盐、钙对该水泥浆影响的原因,结果表明,该高密度盐膏层固井水泥浆具有较好的抗温能力,受NaCl、CaSO_4影响小,适用于盐膏层的固井施工并具有良好的固井质量。Currently,the evaporite bed is often encountered in drilling,while the properties of conventional cement slurry are affected by the evaporite bed.The quality of cement rock and formation cementing is poor and the cementing quality is affected.In this paper,the conventional performance,temperature resistance,salt resistance,thickening time and compressive strength of a evaporite bed with a density of2.0g/cm3have been studied.Results showed that the cement slurry had good basic performance and the appropriate thickening time and compressive strength of cement stone when the temperature was below130C.The cement slurry was less affected by the salt and the calcium and the salt resistance was more than20以.Combined with the test result analyzed why salt and calcium could influence the cement slurry,the results showed that the high density evaporite bed cement slurry had good temperature resistance,the effect of NaCl and CaS04was small and suitable for evaporite bed cementing operation and had good cementing quality.
