摘 要:当前火电厂低压加热器疏水系统通常采用疏水逐级方式,这是因为其实现过程较为简单,然而疏水逐级回流需排挤低压抽汽,会导致不可逆损失的产生。因此,提出一种新的基于等效热降法的火电厂低压加热器疏水系统改进设计方法。介绍了当前火电厂低压加热器疏水系统选择的逐级回流运行形式,对其弊端进行分析。介绍了等效热降法,在此基础上,设计和分析了选用疏水泵和疏水冷却器的火电厂低压加热器疏水改进系统。将某火电厂作为研究对象,给出原始数据和等效热降计算结果,依据该结果,通过计算加热器的热经济性确定最终的改进方案。将改进后系统和改进前系统电能损耗进行比较,结果表明,改进后系统节能性高,成本低。The low pressure heater drainage system of thermal power plant usually adopts the way of step by step because it is hydrophobic,the process is relatively simple,but need to return out of step by step hydrophobic lowpressure steam extraction,will cause irreversible loss.T herefore,a new reduction metliod was put forward based on equivalent heat power plant low pressure heater drainage system im provement design method,the selection of low pressure heater drainage system of power plant by reflux operation form were introduced,to analyze its drawbacks.The equivalent heat drop method was introduced,on the basis of which,the drainage system of the low pressure heater of the power plant were designed and analyzed.Taking a therm al power plant as the research object,the original data and the equivalent heat drop calculation results are given.According to the results,the finalim provement scheme is determined by calculating the thermal economy of the heater.The results show that the improved system has the advantages of high energy saving and low cost.
