综合护理干预对降低俯卧位手术患者术中压疮发生率的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对降低俯卧位手术患者压疮发生率的影响。方法便利抽样抽取2014年8月至2015年1月以及2015年2-7月在我院实施骨科后路手术患者,作为对照组和干预组分别予以常规护理和综合护理干预,比较两组患者压疮的发生率。结果干预组压疮的发生率为3.07%,低于对照组(7.16%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可以有效降低骨科后路俯卧位手术患者术中压疮的发生率。Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the incidence of pressure ulcer of patients in prone position.Methods By convenience sampling,the patients received posterior operation during August2014to January2015and during February2015to July2015in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and intervention group(comprehensive nursing).The incidence rate of pressure ulcer was compared.Results The incidence rate pressure ulcer in the intervention group was3.07%,which was lower than that of control group of7.16%(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention could decrease the incidence of pressure ulcer of patients significantly.
