摘　　要：上海鸣泰公司独立研发了一种采用清液喷淋烟气脱硫的方法,利用错流过滤器实现清液喷淋,达到降低液气比,高效吸收的目的。着重介绍了错流过滤器的工作原理、操作方法和使用效果。错流过滤器特别适用于稀酸浓缩后过滤净化、硫铁矿稀酸过滤回用。过滤后清液中固体悬浮物质量分数小于或等于0.002%。Shanghai Mingtai company independently developed a method of flue gas desulphurization of with liquid to solve the problems of desulphurization equipment.The method used cross flow filter to achieve liquid spray,reduce liquid to gas ratio,achieve efficient absorption. Working principle,operation method and effect of the cross flow filter are described particularly.Cross flow filter was particularly suitable for filtration and purify of concentrated dilute acid and pyrite dilute acid filter reuse.Mass fraction of solid suspended matter in the filtrate after filtration was less than or equal to0.002%.
