摘　　要：探寻癫痫的针灸诊疗及预防思路,通过对《内经》等针灸古籍的挖掘,立足于癫痫症状及病位特点,运用经络理论对癫痫进行辨证,包括十二正经、奇经八脉、络脉辨证等3个方面;基于癫痫发病原因、病理因素及经络辨证结论对针灸治疗此病提出新解,可分为针刺调神祛邪、灸疗、刺络泻血等方法;另对癫痫的发作与中医时间医学的相关性进行探讨,发现癫痫的发作与时间医学整体观指导下的周期性、多维度密切相关。To explore the thoughts of prevention and treatment for epilepsy with acupuncture and moxibustion.This research put forward new treatment ideas for epilepsy through studying Yellow Emperors Canon of Internal,based on the causes of epilepsy,pathological factors and the meridians differentiation,which includes twelve meridians,eight extra meridians and collaterals.The treatment can be acupuncture,moxibustion,and collateral blood-pricking.This research also discussed the correlation between TCM chronomedicine theory and epilepsy seizure,founding that epilepsy seizure has a close relationship with periodic time and the multiple dimensions guided by TCM chronomedicine.
