摘 要:为保证平台油气的持续平稳生产,生产工艺可能会增加如压缩机等一些设备进行增压,这就需要设计人员搜集、输入大量的基础数据,运用商业软件进行计算,故会耗费大量时间。若能采用单气相计算公式进行计算,则可大大减少数据输入量和计算量。在给出了必要的设计数据的基础上,探讨了两相公式/单气相公式选取的判别准则,计算了现场运行数据与单气相公式计算数据的误差;而后根据配产数据,采用单气相计算公式、OLGA软件对生产工艺进行模拟计算,并对比了计算结果;最后指出,单气相公式计算结果与实际运行数据、OLGA模拟结果的误差都比较小,工程应用上可以接受,采用单气相公式进行快速计算,可以大大节约计算的时间。In order to ensure smooth production of oil and gas fields,some equipment such as compressor may be added for supercharging.Thus,the designers must collect and input large number of basic data and perform calculations with business software,which will spend large amount of time.If the single gas phase calculation formula can be used to perform the calculation,the amount of data input and calculation will decrease greatly.In this paper,based on necessary data,the assessing criterion for selecting the two-phase formula or the single-phase formula is discussed.The errors between the field operation data and the calculated data by the single-phase calculation formula are compared.Then,the simulative calculation of production process is performed by using the single-phase formula and OLGA software respectively and the results are compared.It is concluded that the result errors got from the single-phase formula,the practical operation data and the OLGA software are small and acceptable in engineering application;The rapid calculation can be realized by using the single-phase formula and can greatly save calculation time.
