摘　　要：在简要介绍AP1000核电机组主回路相关水过滤器及其相关设备概况的基础上,通过分析废滤芯从过滤器容器中取出、转运至废滤芯存放池以及新滤芯安装就位的整个操作工艺,提出滤芯更换和转运操作的工艺流程,相关设备的设计也贯穿于整个过程。合理的工艺与屏蔽完善的设备结合,可以最大限度地降低作业过程中人员的辐照风险,有效防止对操作设备和周围环境产生放射性污染。同时,就滤芯更换和转运过程中存在的问题为后续项目提出改进建议。On the basis of a brief introduction of AP1000Nuclear Power Unit primary loop related water filters and related equipments,the whole operation process of taking out a spent filter cartridge from its container,transferring it to the storage area and installing a new one was studied and analyzed.A reasonable and feasible filter cartridge replacing and transporting operation process was then proposed,and the related equipment design performed at the same time.The combination of a reasonable operating process and equipments with perfectly shielding can minimize exposure risk to operating personnel,and effectively prevent operating equipments and the surrounding environment from radioactive contamination.Some suggestions for improvement are also provided for follow up projects,considering existed problems in filter cartridge replacement and transport process.
