两种类型村庄规划方法策略浅析——以莱芜市村庄规划为例

摘　　要：结合莱芜市两镇18村村庄规划实践项目,归纳总结莱芜地区村庄规划面临的主要问题.从村庄所属地域地形特点的角度出发,结合村庄实例比较研究平原和丘陵两种地形地貌现状条件下,村庄规划各阶段重点控制和引导内容的异同,针对两种类型村庄提出针对性、适宜性的规划建设策略,为村庄规划编制、规划建设和管理提供一定的参考和指导.On the planning projects of18villages,this paper raises the main problems of village planning in Laiwu.According to the characteristics of the region and the landform of the villages concerned,the similarities and differences of controlling points and guiding contents of plains and mountains are comparatively analyzed.The planning and construction strategies are proposed adaptively and specially for mountain regions and plain regions with some reference and practical guidance for the compilation and construction management of the village planning.
