摘　　要：随着经济社会的快速发展,现代媒体得到了极大发展,多种媒体呈现出融合的态势。在这样的新形势下,期刊编辑面临新的挑战,同时,期刊编辑存在着不适应数字媒体发展步伐、工作热情下滑、知识底蕴严重不足、期刊社缺乏有效的职业激励制度等问题。在媒介融合背景下要想进一步发挥期刊编辑作用,推动期刊编辑提档升级,最为重要的是及时进行转型,即从"单一加工"到"媒介多面手"转型、从"把关者"向"引路人"转型、从"传授者"向"对话者"转型,从而适应媒介融合时代的潮流,最终推动编辑整体工作提档升级。With the fast development of economy and society,modern media have experienced great development,and various media have showed a converging situation.Under this new situation,journal editors are facing new challenges,and have the following problems:not adapting to the developing pace of digital media,work enthusiasm gliding,serious lack of inside knowledge,periodical press lacking effective professional incentive system,and so on.Under the background of media convergence,in order to further play the role of journal editors,and promote the updating of journal editors,what is most important is to transform in time.That is the field of journal be to transformed from"single processing"to"media generalists",from"gatekeeper"to"pathfinder",from"initiator"to"interlocutor",so as to adapt to the trend of the times of media convergence,and finally promote the upgrading of the whole editorial work.
