摘 要:某钽铌矿重选尾矿中锂云母具有较高的回收价值。依据试料性质,主要进行了先磁选后浮选、直接浮选、分级浮选三种工艺流程方案的对比试验,最终确定采用先磁选后浮选工艺流程。随后进行了磁场强度、磁介质、矿浆pH值、椰油胺用量等条件的优化试验以及精选流程结构的对比试验。在优化条件下,闭路流程试验最终可得到Li_2O品位4.34%、回收率80.86%的锂云母精矿。Lithium mica of a Ta Nb gravity concentration tailing has high recovery value According to the sample properties,a process comparison among magnetic separation flotation,direct flotation and grading flotation were carried out The test results showed that beneficiation result of magnetic separation flotation process was the best The effects of magnetic field intensity,magnetic medium,pH of pulp,cocoanut oil amine dosage on recovery of lithium mica,and contrast test of selected process structure were then studied Under the optimized conditions,a lithium mica concentrate with Li2O grade434%and recovery8086%was obtained by a locked cycle test
