摘 要:为实现氧化锌矿中异极矿的有效浸出,采用[NH_3]、[NH_4^+]浓度相同的NH_3-NH_4Cl、NH_3-(NH_4)_2SO_4和NH_3-(NH_4)_2CO_3的水溶液分别作为浸出剂,在相同的浸出工艺条件下浸出异极矿中的锌,铵盐对锌浸出率影响由大到小顺序为:NH_3-(NH_4)_2SO_4>NH_3-NH_4Cl>NH_3-(NH_4)_2CO_3。通过试验研究了浸出工艺条件对NH_3-(NH_4)_2SO_4溶液浸出异极矿的影响,在总氨浓度为8.5 mol/L、[NH_3]/[NH_4^+]浓度比为1、温度45℃,搅拌速率为300 r/min、浸出1 h的较优工艺条件下,异极矿中锌浸出率为86.0%。此外,在NH_3-(NH_4)_2SO_4溶液中分别添加一定量的ChCl-Urea DES和乙二胺作为助浸剂,相同浸出工艺条件下,可使异极矿中锌的浸出率分别提高至92.0%和97.7%。In order to realize effective leaching of hemimorphite in zinc oxide ore,the solutions of NH3NH4Cl,NH3(NH4)2SO4and NH3(NH4)2CO3containing the same concentrations of[NH3]and[NH4+]were used respectively as leaching agent to leach zinc from hemimorphite Leaching rates of zinc were affected by the ammonium salts in the order NH3(NH4)2SO4>NH3NH4Cl>NH3(NH4)2CO3 The effect of leaching process conditions on the leaching rate of zinc from hemimorphite was studied using leaching agent of NH3(NH4)2SO4 At the concentration of total ammonia85mol/L,[NH3]/[NH4+]1,temperature45℃,stirring speed300r/min,and the leaching time1h,the leaching rate of zinc is860% Futhermore,when a certain amount of ChCl Urea DES and ethanediamine as leaching aid agent was added into NH3(NH4)2SO4solution respectively to leach zinc from hemimorphite,in the same leaching process condition,the leaching rates of zinc could be up to920%and977%respectively
