摘　　要：在使用硝酸铵水溶液配制炸药水相原料过程中,需要实时、快速在线测量硝酸铵溶液的浓度。利用质量流量计能同时测量液体密度、温度的功能,参照硝酸铵溶液的物性数据,由控制器依据密度-温度关联法,对硝酸铵溶液浓度进行在线测量,实现了快速、准确配制水相原料的目的。通过在配料过程中的实际运用,证明了本方法的实用性。In the process of preparing the emulsion explosive’s water phase material by using ammonium nitrate solution,real time and fast on line measurement of concentration of ammonium nitrate solution is needed Mass flowmeter has the function of measuring liquid density and temperature at the same time By using the density temperature correlation method,real time concentration of ammonium nitrate solution is calculated by the controller according to the property data of ammonium nitrate solution The purpose of rapid and accurate preparation of water phase material was thus realized The practicability of this method is proved by the practical operation of the blending process
