摘 要:为促进城市生活垃圾焚烧飞灰的无害化及资源化,利用一种新型固化剂对垃圾焚烧飞灰进行固化处理,对比水泥固化飞灰试验,分析其固化机理并评价固结体的使用性能、毒物固化率和工程运用成效。新型固结剂固化飞灰强度试验,表明抗压强度接近水泥固化飞灰的强度。新型固结剂对飞灰中的重金属具有良好的固化效果。该方法成功地运用于道路工程,为实现城市生活垃圾焚烧飞灰的无害化及资源化利用提供了一个解决途径。A new solidifying treatment was investigated in this study in order to improve the harmlessness and resource making of municipal solid waste incineration(MAWI)fly ash Compared with the cement solidifying treatment,the new solidifying treatment was evaluated regarding the property and the leaching toxicity of those indurations It was shown that compressive strength is very close between the new solidifying test and cement solidifying test What’s more,the new solidifying treatment has a good immobilization ability of heavy metal At last,This method has been successfully used in road engineering Thus,this treatment is a good choice to deal with the issue of harmless utilization of MAWI fly ash
