城市休闲业非正规就业者的个体特征及职业发展路径

摘　　要：休闲行业无论对提升经济发展还是解决就业问题都至关重要。城市休闲行业非正规就业是许多低学历、年轻的外来流动人口的职业选择,他们通过地缘、亲缘形成互助群体,有着明确的多元的就业动机,在收入和工作时间上形成了分异。他们通过自选择在休闲行业通过非正规就业提供服务,积累经验、技能、资金和人脉,寻求适合自己的职业归宿。从工作时间和薪资收入两个方面归纳出四种职业发展路径,休闲行业非正规就业提供较多的职业出口,有利于创新创业以及工作—家庭的平衡,是一条低层次劳动者向高层次城市就业者转变的职业通道。The leisure industry is crucial for improving the economy and solving the employment problem,Informal employment in urban leisure industry is a career choice for many young and less educated migrant workers.They form a mutual aid group through geographical and kinship,and have a clear and diverse employment motivation.They formed a difference between income and working hours.They provide services by informal employment in the leisure industry through self choice,and accumulate experience,skills,funds and connections to find their own career destination.This paper sums up four career development pathsfrom two aspects of work time and salary income..Informal employment in leisure industry can provide more choice of occupation,more conducive to innovation and entrepreneurship and work-family balance.It is a career channel for low-level workers to shift to high-level urban workers.
