住院医师规范化培训招录考试成绩影响因素及结业考试结果分析

摘　　要：探讨住院医师规范化培训(住培)招录考试成绩影响因素,为不同学员制定有针对性的培养方案提供理论依据。本研究通过分析2017年华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院的415名住培学员的招录考试成绩及参加住培结业考试的172名学员结业考试结果。结果显示:学员身份类别与是否已取得执业医师资格证,是住培招录考试成绩的独立影响因素(P<0.05);2017年本院参加结业考试的合格率为92.4%,不同身份学员的结业考试合格情况差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。住培效果初步达到相对同质,但住培制度及培训效果评估体系仍需探索和完善。The influential factors of the entrance exam results for standardized residency training were explored in this article in order to provide theoretical basis for formulating personalized training plans for different residents.The study analyzed the entrance exam results of415residents enrolled the standardized residency training program and the graduation exam results of172residents who had finished their training in2017from Union Hospital Affiliated with Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.The results showed that the identify categories of residents and whether he or she had passed national medical licensing examination were two independent factors of the entrance exam results(P<0.05).In2017,the pass rate for graduation exam in our hospital is92.4%,there was no significant difference in graduation exam results among residents of various identities(P<0.05).These findings suggested that the homogenization of standardized residency training was realized preliminarily.However,it is necessary to explore and improve the institutional systems and effect evaluations of standardized residency training programs.
