某军区新兵集训期伤害调查两种报告方式结果比较

摘　　要：目的比较某军区新兵集训期伤害调查中军医登记与新兵自我报告两种方式收集的伤害发生信息，为今后有效收集伤害数据提供参考依据。方法应用整群抽样法，抽取某军区2011年度5个陆军新兵营的新兵作为调查对象，采用军医随访和集训期末新兵自我报告两种方式收集新兵集训3个月内发生的伤害信息。结果军医登记3个月集训期共发生伤害130人次，伤害发生率为9.4%(95%CI：7.9～10.9)；新兵自我报告伤害184人次，伤害发生率为13.2%(95%CI：11.4%～15.0%)。两种方式均报告的伤害有106人次，仅军医随访登记报告伤害24人次，仅新兵自我报告伤害78人次，分别占51.0%、11.5%、37.5%。不同时间分布和不同部位伤害的两种报告方式结果差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论新兵自我报告和军医登记单一方式收集伤害信息存在一定的偏差，应结合两种报告方式收集新兵集训期伤害信息以提高伤害信息的完整性和可靠性。Objective The information of recruit injury during the first three months reported by army doctors and selfreported by recruits was compared in order to provide future reference.Methods5training camps of land forces were selected by the random cluster sampling from a military in2011.The injury information was collected through the follow-up by army doctors and self-reports of recruits at the end of the basic military training phase.Results A total of130injuries were registered by army doctor in the first three-month training period,with an injury rate of9.4%(95%CI:7.9%~10.9%);whereas184injuries self-reported by recruits with a rate of13.2%(95%CI:11.4%~15.0%).106injuries were concurrently reported by the two ways,24by only follow-up,and78by only selfreported,accounting for51.0%,11.5%,and37.5%,respectively.Significant differences(P<0.05)were found when comparing the injury sites and time points between the two collected data sets.Conclusion The two injury-reporting methods should be combined to collect injury information during recruit training phase so as to improve the integrity and reliability of the information.
