摘　　要：目的 根据石家庄本地情况对《老年人跌倒干预技术指南》的跌倒风险评估量表进行相应调整，评价社区老年人的跌倒风险，为石家庄老年人的跌倒干预预防提供依据。方法 采用国家卫生计生委的跌倒风险评估量表，结合石家庄本地社区老年人的跌倒危险因素，应用统计学方法，找到适合石家庄老年人跌倒风险的评估工具。结果 被调查的1609名老年人中，292人有跌倒史，1317人无跌倒史。调整后的高危组跌倒比例由调整前的67.6%升高至81.4%(χ2=3.86，P＜0.05)，低危组跌倒比例由调整前的4.2%降低至1.2%(2=14.61，P＜0.05)。结论 调整后的跌倒风险评估量表更适合石家庄本地老年人的情况，对老年人的跌倒预防起到重要作用。Objective The assessment scale for fall risk of The Technical Guide For Fall Intervention Among The Elderly was adjusted according to local conditions in Shijiazhuang to evaluate the risk of falling and provide evidence for setting up prevention strategy.Methods The assessment scale for fall risk of Ministry of Health was used and modified by considering the risk factors of local older people in community.Results Of the1609elderly citizens surveyed,292people reported the history of falling,1317people had no experience of fall.The fall incidence in the high-risk group increased from67.6%to81.4%(χ2=3.86,P<0.05)after adjustments to the scale;whereas it reduced from4.2%to1.2%(χ2=14.61,<0.05)in the low-risk group.Conclusions The adjusted assessment scale for fall risk is more suited for Shijiazhuang older people,and would be of help in the prevention of falling.
