摘　　要：脏器损伤分级(Organinjuryscaling，OIS)基于解剖学的描述，评价每一个脏器损伤严重程度的分级系统。从1989年到1997年之间美国创伤学会脏器损伤分级委员会先后发布了32种器官损伤的分级标准，几乎包含了所有创伤导致的器官损伤。2006年后，开始应用美国国家数据库(NationalTraumaDataBank，NTDB)对OIS分级系统开展了评估、检验和完善的工作。虽然这一过程中，对OIS分级系统提出了很多质疑，但是大量临床和科研结果显示OIS分级系统对创伤救治仍然是一种有价值的工具。The Organ Injury Scale(OIS)is a grading system to evaluate the severity of individual organ injury based on anatomical description.There are32OIS grading systems for specific organs issued by American Organ Injury Committee from1989to1997consecutively,which described almost all kinds of organ injury by trauma.The OIS has been improved in its functions of evaluating and testing by using the National Trauma Data Bank(NTDB)version5.0since2006.Although a lot of questions have been raised during the application of this system,clinical data and research work have demonstrated that OIS is a valuable and useful tool for treating and saving injured patients.
