人性化护理对首次留置静脉中心导管透析患者的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨人性化护理对首次留置静脉中心导管的透析患者的影响。方法选择我科首次留置静脉中心导管的透析患者120例,并将其随机分为常规护理组60例和人性化护理组60例。常规组采用常规的置管护理措施,人性化护理组在常规组的基础上给予人性化护理措施,实施二周后比较两组的护理效果。结果人性化护理组的伤口情况明显优于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);人性组的堵管发生率明显低于常规组(P<0.05);常规护理组患者的护理满意度为81.7%,人性化护理组的护理满意度为93.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理能够减少导管相关并发症,提高患者的生活质量,有利于提高临床治疗效果,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective To examine effects of humanized nursing on the hemodialysis patients with first indwelling venous central catheter for the first time.Methods120dialysis patients with first indwelling central catheter during July2014to July2015were randomly divided into two groups of60,the routine nursing group and humanized nursing group.The patients in routine nursing group received conventional cares during the two-week hospitalized period;whereas those in the humanity nursing group got humanity nursing services during the same period,in addition to the routine cares.A the end,comparisons were made between the two groups.Results The patients in humanized nursing group showed better condition of wounds compared to the routine group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).81.7%of patients in the routine care group were satisfactory,whereas the rate was93.3%in the humanized nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanized nursing reduced catheter-related complications and improved the life quality of patients thus is helpful in improving the outcome of patients and worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
