摘　　要：头部外伤后出现视物模糊,继而双眼盲,临床治疗后,通过专科检查及相关辅助检查,并结合文献记载讨论与研究后,认定其为癔病性功能性盲。Blurred vision and secondary binocular blindness occurred following the the head trauma in an adult female.After effective treatments,specific examinations and relevant auxiliary tests were applied.On the basis of the examination results and in reference to the literature record,the diagnosis of hysterical blindness was made for the patient.
