摘  要:目的分析浙江省0~17岁儿童道路交通伤害病例分布特点及流行特征。方法收集2010—2014年浙江省医院伤害监测系统中儿童道路交通伤害病例进行分析。结果2010—2014年共报告0~17岁儿童交通伤病例5773例,占伤害病例总数的比例呈逐年下降的趋势,男女性别比为1.55∶1,17岁组占病例总数的比例最大(15.10%)。65.06%的交通伤是由机动车造成的,主要发生在街道/城区(73.39%),7月份高发,伤害性质以软组织伤为主,受伤部位依次为头部、下肢、上肢和躯干。与机动车有关的受伤者中,71.86%为非机动使用者和行人,21.60%为摩托车使用者。结论儿童道路交通伤害问题不容忽视,应针对不同性别和年龄的儿童开展道路交通安全教育。Objective To analysis the characteristics of road traffic injuries among children in Zhejiang province.Methods Collected the data of road traffic injuries among children from Hospital Injury surveillance during2010-2014.Results Total of5773road traffic injuries were reported among children during2010-2014.The number and proportion of road traffic injuries decreased from2010to2014.Male was1.55times than female.17years old as15.10%was the highest than other aged children.Injuries caused by motor traffic vehicles accounted for65.06%,with July as the peak period.73.39%of road traffic injuries happened in urban streets.Bruise was the most common.The orders of injured area were head,lower limbs,upper limbs and trunk.In the cases which related to motor vehicle,71.86%of injurers were pedestrian and the users of nonmotor vehicle,21.60%of injurers were the users of motorcycle users.Conclusion Child road traffic injury should not be ignored.The road traffic safety education should be carried depended on different gender and age of children.
