摘　　要：回顾总结国家紧急医学救援队在国际救援演习中的工作实践,探讨放射科在国家紧急医学救援队参与国际紧急医学救援中的地位和作用。通过整理此次放射科随国家紧急医学救援队参与2015年东盟地区论坛第四次救灾演习的工作实践、数据,以国家紧急医学救援队为主体,对放射科在救援行动中,包括前期培训、队伍集结前送、灾区救援、后撤、回国总结等五个阶段的整个工作实践、数据进行疏理分析。在国家紧急医学救援队执行国际救援任务中,放射科是救援力量的重要组成部分,可以为灾民提供准确、方便、快速的医疗救援服务。This article reviewed the practice of China Emergency Medical Rescue Team CEMRT in international rescue exercise2015and discussed roles of radiology in emergency medical rescue.The radiologists in CEMRT participated in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations Regional Forum Disaster Relief Exercise(ARF DiREx)2015and summerized the data from rescue operations in the five stages of initial training,team assemblance before delivery,disaster relief,evacuation,and repatriation.The analysis of the data concluded that radiology department is an integral part of CEMRT.Radiologists in CEMRT are important players in emergency medical rescue by providing accurate,convenient and prompt medical services for the victims.
