摘 要:针对型号为MV06203127NTP的块状动力电池的散热问题进行了实验研究,以模块内温度不大于50℃为标准,分别研究了电池在1C和2C工作条件下,冷却风温度和速度对模块散热的影响;实验结果表明:在相变材料厚度为3mm,风冷导热片高30mm的条件下,当电池充放电倍率为1C、冷却风速等于1m/s,冷却风温度为24℃时能满足控制温度要求;当冷却风温度为28℃时,最佳冷却风速等于2m/s;当电池充放电倍率为2C、冷却风温度为28℃时,冷却风速度为3m/s不能满足控制模块内温度分布的要求。In this paper the cooling problem of MV06203127NTP power battery has been experimental study.Based on battery module temperature is not more than50℃,to study the cooling air temperature and velocity effect the heat dissipation when battery is working under the condition of1C and2C.The experimental results show that:in the phase change material thickness is3mm,air-cooled heat conduction under the condition of high30mm,when the battery charge and discharge ratio is1C,cooling wind speed is1m/s,cooling air temperature is24℃can meet the battery module temperature requirements;When the cooling air temperature is28℃,the best cooling wind speed is2m/s;When the battery charge and discharge rate is2C,cooling air temperature is28℃,the cooling speed is3m/s the battery module temperature requirements can not be implementation.
