摘  要:为优选出利于环形侵彻的药型罩形状,设计了4种简单几何形状药型罩,对环形射流成型与侵彻过程迚行了数值模拟。研究结果表明:楔形罩射流形态优于椭圆形罩,大锥角聚能射流最大拉伸长度优于小锥角,但头部速度相对较低;对于90°和60°等壁厚楔形罩,锥角较大时射流获得的总动能较大,但有效动能不及小锥角药型罩,有效动能比分别为69%和81%。研究结果为侧向环形聚能切割器结构设计提供依据。In order to optimize the shapes of the liner facilitating annular penetrating,four simple geometric liners were designed,and the process of annular jet formation and penetration were simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The results shows that the wedgy liner is better than the oval in jet form,and the maximum stretching length of jet formed by the large cone angle liner is better than that of the small,but the head velocity is relatively low.For cone of90°and60°wedgy liners,which own same wall thickness,liner with bigger cone angle obtained more total kinetic energy,but effective kinetic energy are in the opposite case,as a result,the ratio of effective kinetic energy are69%and81%.The results of the study provided a reference for the design of the lateral annular shaped charge cutter.
