摘 要:为研究油相材料和乳化剂对乳化炸药爆轰性能的影响,分别采用乳化剂A-油相C、乳化剂B-油相C、乳化剂B-复合蜡、Span80-复合蜡、T152-复合蜡制备乳化炸药。利用水下爆炸实验获得其冲击波压力——时间曲线,幵计算峰值压力、比冲击波能、比气泡能和总能量等水下爆炸能量参数。实验结果表明:由乳化剂A-油相C、T152-复合蜡制备的乳化炸药的比冲击波能、比气泡能和总能量值较高,说明乳化剂和油相材料的种类对乳化炸药的做功能力具有显著影响,且与油相材料相比,乳化剂对乳化炸药的爆轰性能的影响更为明显。In order to study the effects of oil phase materials and emulsifiers on the detonation properties of emulsion explosives,emulsifier A-oil phase C,emulsifier B-oil phase C,emulsifier B-compound wax,Span80-compound wax and T152-compound wax were used to prepare emulsion explosive respectively.The pressure vs time curves of those were acquired by underwater explosion experiments,underwater explosion energy parameters of peak pressure,specific shock wave energy,specific bubble energy and total energy were obtained by analyzing the curves.Results show that compared with other combinations,the specific shock wave energy,specific bubble energy and total energy of emulsion explosives,whose combination is emulsifier A-oil phase C,T152-compound wax are better,which means that oil phase materials and emulsifiers have significant impact on the work capability of emulsion explosives.With the help of experimental data and theoretical analysis,it can be concluded that the emulsifier has more obvious influence on detonation performance of emulsion explosives than the oil phase material.
