摘 要:本文主要通过分子生物学技术和Pearson相关性分析探究了环境因素和季节变化对碧流河水库底泥沉积物中氨氧化微生物丰度的影响。针对库区上中下游10个不同的采样点、两个不同时期(2014年10月平水期、2015年4月枯水期)进行采样,并对实验结果进行了分析,得出季节变化对沉积物中氨氧化微生物丰度的影响并不显著,碧流河水库底泥沉积物中AOB丰度远高于AOA。Pearson’s相关性分析结果表明AOB的丰度与温度呈一定的负相关性,而与水深、有机质、氨氮、亚硝氮均呈一定的正相关。AOA的丰度与硝氮浓度呈显著的负相关,也表明2个时期的样品中AOA和AOB的丰度受到多个环境因素的共同影响且受到的主要环境影响因素不一致。The paper mainly explores the influence of environmental factors and seasonal changes on the abundance of ammoniaoxidizing microorganisms in bottom sediments of Biliuhe reservoir by using the molecular biology techniques and Pearson correlation analysis.Sediments are sampled from ten different sites in the upstream,midstream and downstream of the reservoir in two different periods(common water period in October 2014 and dry period in April 2015).The experimental results indicate that the seasonal changes have no significant effect on the abundance of ammonia oxidizing microorganisms in sediments,and the abundance of AOB in bottom sediment of Biliuhe reservoir is much higher than AOA.The results of Pearson's correlation show that the abundance of AOB has some negative correlation with temperature,and has some positive correlation with the water depth,organic carbon,ammonia and nitrite.The abundance of AOA has significant negative correlation with the nitrate concentration,it also shows that the abundances of AOA and AOB of samples from the two periods are affected by many environmental factors along with the main environmental impact factors are inconsistent.
