摘　　要：民用建筑环境是最重要的人居环境,对人居环境综合评价有重要意义,建筑环境综合评价是采用客观测量加主观感受对建筑环境多因素的综合评价体系,通过对西安某民用居室建筑环境进行客观测试和主观问卷,分别得出评价结论,再主客观相互结合得出民用居室环境多因素综合评价结论,提出一种评价等级并进行定量描述,最后得出一种可操作性强、通用且简便的综合评价方案和权重分配。Civil construction environment is the most important living environment,has important significance for the qualitative evaluation of human settlements and reliable,comprehensive evaluation of architectural environment is a comprehensive evaluation system using objective measurement and subjective feeling to the multiple factors of the building environment,through an objective test and subjective questionnaire on the construction environment of a civilian living room in Xi'an,and respectively draw the conclusion of the evaluation,then subjective and objective combined with each other to draw a conclusion of multi-factor comprehensive evaluation of residential environment,put forward a class of evaluation and make a quantitative description,finally come to a comprehensive evaluation scheme and weight distribution with strong operability,generality and simplicity.
